I've created this program for those that couldn't do our main Fit Vegan Blueprint program because I still wanted to serve more people.

Do you have to be 100% vegan to do the program?

You do not. Over one year ago, we opened up our coaching program to people who wanted to transition to eating whole food plant-based and simply wanted to eat more plant-based.

We realized that it didn't help the animals, the environment, or everyone's health if we just worked with vegans. They are already vegan.Our program is designed to help you transition to a whole-food plant-based diet or simply increase your consumption of plant-based foods. Why? Because every step towards a plant-based diet significantly reduces the risk of chronic illnesses, making it a powerful choice for your health.

To be clear, we do not and never will include animal products in our meal plans or recipes. When you want to eat something else, we will show you how to make the appropriate substitutions.

What is different from this program compared to all others?

This program offers a streamlined, affordable approach to Fit Vegan Coaching, focusing on delivering effective workout and meal plans without the premium elements of our all-inclusive program.

How can you guarantee this program will work for me?

We can and cannot. If you stick the plan we can and if you don't we can't. We believe in honesty and transparency.

We would never ask 100% compliance as this would be unrealistic but if you can stick the your plan 90% of the time which accounts for life happening you will be able to get incredible results.

We've built the plans to be sustainable and not take over your life while allowing you to have wiggle room.

Will this program work for me if I’m over 50 and going through menopause?

Great question. The majority of our clients are actually between the ages of 45 and 80, so we are very familiar with the territory and have decades of experience with pre-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Our incredible team of Fit Vegan health coaches has helped hundreds of men and women undergoing hormonal changes lose visceral body fat and build lean muscle, so you are in good hands.

Will it cost me more in groceries to do the Fit Vegan Blueprint™ program?

Our clients save money on grocery bills because they focus on eating a whole-food, plant-based diet, which is highly affordable and much cheaper than meat or fake vegan products. It's not only healthier for your body but also healthier for your bank account.

Will I need to workout 1-2 hours daily to get the desired results?

No. We work with ordinary people, not those who make a living out of being athletes. We create our workout programs to be sustainable and fit within your schedule; the same goes for the meal plan.

The goal is to keep it simple and efficient and get the job done correctly the first time.

Unless you make a living from being fit, there is no need to work out excessively. Ninety-nine percent of clients see incredible results working 3-4 times weekly for 30-45 minutes.

Can I do this program if I live outside the USA?

Absolutely. Our program is 100% online, so you can do it from anywhere in the world. We have clients in over 20 different countries.

We hold in-person workshops 2 times a year that you can attend with clients and past clients (they are not open to the public).

We overcome the online aspect with in-depth exercise videos covering everything you need to know to work safely and effectively (Whether you are doing it in your house or at the gym).

Does Fit Vegan use a rapid fat loss scheme or a more sustainable approach?

We are 100% focused on sustainability.

Our goal here is not to get you to be in the best shape of your life for a few months but for the rest of your life, ensuring a future of health and vitality.

If you are to use "rapid fat loss schemes," you will become lighter (not fitter), and I can guarantee you that you will put all that weight back on and then some.

Our goal is to help you lose unwanted fat, build lean muscle, speed up your metabolism after transformation, and develop healthy habits that will last you a lifetime.

Do you work with people who have a terrible relationship with food or their bodies?

Yes, we do in our main Fit Vegan Blueprint program as you get assigned a 1:1 coach. Not in the kickstarter program as it is a group format (Which we can talk about on our weekly group calls).

In our main program, That is a big part of the clients that we work with.

Our founder, Maxime, had had his fair share of battles with binge eating when he first started his fitness journey over 19 years ago, and he understands the importance of approaching a transformation from a sustainable standpoint so as not to worsen our client's relationship with food and with themselves.

Our primary goal is to enhance our client's relationship with food and their bodies and reduce their cravings. We are proud to say that we have a high success rate in achieving this goal.
