Terms and Conditions for Campaign Registration (SMS)

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Fit Vegan ("we," "our," or "us") and the individual ("you" or "user") providing their contact information for messaging capabilities. This applies to SMS/MMS sent to the US and Canada (only) via 10-digit long code numbers. By providing your phone number, name, and email, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from providing your contact information.

1. Consent to Contact

1.1 By providing your contact information, you consent to us using this information for the purpose of sending SMS/MMS messages related to our campaigns, promotions, updates, and other relevant content.

1.2 You acknowledge that standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

2. Use of Contact Information

2.1 We will only use your contact information for the purposes outlined in these Terms, including sending SMS/MMS messages related to our campaigns.

2.2 We will not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Opt-Out

3.1 You have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from us at any time. To opt-out, reply to any of our messages with "STOP."

3.2 After opting-out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us. However, you may continue to receive non-promotional messages, such as order confirmations.

4. Data Privacy

4.1 We are committed to protecting your data privacy. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Continued use of our SMS/MMS messaging services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

6. Termination

6.1 You may request to be removed from our SMS/MMS messaging list at any time by replying to any of our messages with "STOP."

6.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our SMS/MMS messaging services at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

7.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

By providing your contact information for A2P messaging capabilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and consent to receiving SMS/MMS messages from us. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not provide your contact information.
